RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


1. RETURNS

If you wish to return the purchased products for an exchange or refund, please read the following instructions. All products can be returned only if unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed with the correct invoice, packing, swing tags, and anything other things included in your purchased. Please note that we are not obliged to accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse to refund or exchange in such case and we can send or require you to collect the products at your own costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and exchange request within 14 days of reception of the purchased product. You must obtain a Return Reference by emailing customercare@salonilondon.com.

This reference will have to appear on your package and on the return form provided. The package will have to be returned within 14 days of reception of the Return Reference. Please complete the return form provided and follow the instructions given by our team to return the purchased products.

You may exchange your purchased products for the same colour or a different size product depending on stock availability. You may not exchange your product for a different product or the same product in a different colour unless we make an exception. Such exchanges are also subject to stock availability.

All exchanges are subject to shipping charges, duty, taxes and other charges if applicable. Please note delivery fees will not be refunded.

Returns & Refunds

You will be refunded the value of your order less any shipping charges and your refund will be credited on the original payment card. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be completed.

Please note that we cannot not be liable for any return lost or damaged therefore you will be liable for damages until the purchased product is arrived to our customer service.

Any taxes, duties or any charges occurred when the products were delivered to you cannot be refunded by Saloni. However you may be able to claim those costs back by contacting your local customs directly.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping fees occurred while placing the order or returning the purchased products. However we may refund the delivery charges if the products have been returned for faulty reasons once approved by our customer service.

We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from your post office or courier as we will not accept responsibility for any packages lost in transit. Returns need to be posted and trackable.

For international returns please mark clearly "Returned goods - No commercial value".

2. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 14 days of the date the order was placed by emailing our customer service at customercare@salonilondon.com . If your order has been processed and shipped already, the return costs will remain at your charges. As mentioned in the Returns & Refund paragraph above, if you are based in the UK, the return is free of shipping charges.

The same conditions apply for a Cancellation request and a Return & Refund request. You have to contact our customer service to obtain the Return Reference and complete the return form, the purchased products need to be returned within 14 days of reception of the Return Reference. Once received by our customer service, you will be refunded within 14 days if your return has been accepted. 

If the purchased products have been shipped before we receive your Cancellation request, please note that shipping charges, taxes, duties and any other charges cannot be refunded by Saloni. In the case where we would have received your Cancellation request prior your order is dispatched, we may refund the full amount of your order including the shipping costs.

3. FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you have received faulty purchased products, please email our customer service at customercare@salonilondon.com with images and details of the products. If our customer service approves that we are liable for the faulty products for quality reasons, you may ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full refund including shipping charges (excluding any duty, taxes or charges occurred to import the products).

Products are faulty if they do not conform to the implied terms under the United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979 which require that our products sold must correspond to their description and be satisfactory quality.

If your products become faulty within 6 months of the order date, you may ask for an exchange or partial refund according to the law. However please note that purchased products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you ask for a refund, we may refund you partially depending of the time of usage. If you ask for a repair, we may agree on your request if feasible. If you ask for a replacement or exchange, we may agree depending on stock availability.
